Desperatley Need Dental Work!

I suffer from chronic pain, I have fibromalgia and many severe back problems. About 3 years ago, my doctor prescribed a medication to me called Actiq, it is a pain medication. This medication comes in the form of a lollipop.  Taking this medication over a period of three years, destroyed my teeth. I took very good care of my teeth during the time I was taking Actiq and did not have any serious dental problems before taking the Actiq.
The dentist informed me that it would cost me $25,000 dollars to have my teeth fixed. There is no way I can afford this. I am hoping to find a dentist that will fix my teeth at a reduced cost to donate dental services.
My damaged teeth is affecting my life in a very negative way. I am unable to smile without feeling very self-conscious. I have been trying to find employment, but I know that my not smiling and feeling so self-conscious has affect my ability to get a job. It has affected my social life. When I go out in public or meet someone new, I do not want to talk or smile because I am afraid they will see my teeth. Additionally, I suffer from infections in my teeth and severe pain from toothaches. It is very difficult to eat.
Please, if anyone knows of a dentist or agency that has reduced fees or will donate dental services, I would be very grateful.

HELP PLEASE: minor DENTISTRY, upper denture NEEDED BADLY

I am writing for my mother, Becky, I am her daughter. Years ago my mother damaged her back very badly and from then on had to have 3 surgeries to somewhat fix it. On top of it she has to take many different medicines, one being Actiq, which has rotted her teeth. The medication is made from pure sugar, which her doctor or the company, at the time, did not let her know. Within a year my mother, who's teeth until then were perfect, begin to rot and chip causing her to have major root canals, all of her top teeth pulled and to go through many scary, excruciating experiences. This also has put her in a depressed mental state because she feels as though she is ugly, she doesnt want to go in public and talk to people, etc. She says to me the one thing that would make her happy is if she could feel comfortable smiling and have confidence to go out. Another problem is the fact she cannot eat and at times almost has choked. Please, if someone could please help her.
